I came to Marie Ruxton at the recommendation of a friend. At the time, I did not have a clear diagnosis of my condition which involved extreme pain and swelling in the legs.

Marie carefully and skillfully balanced these areas enabling me to walk without crutches and regain flexibility. Her massage work allowed my muscles to relax into position so that the bones actually reset their alignment naturally.

When fianlly diagnosed, I found that I had fractured 5 areas of my ankles, legs and knees as well as breaking some toes. Keep in mind, doctors and therapists were of no help. Marie was helpful physically, emotionally and spiritually. This was a very painful and fearful time for me and she brainstormed, used her intuition and offered loving, nurturing attention. She is a highly evolved being.

I totally respect Marie's service also because I have been in the Massage and Yoga business myself for 26 years and am extremely selective about whom I allow to work on me. Through my business, Awakening Arts, I trained and managed over 75  massage therapists during the length of the business working with hospitals, universities and chiropractic rehab clinics. I share this because I know a good therapist when I see one and Marie surpassed any therapist I ever met or worked with.

You owe it to yourself to experience her work. She is a gift and full of unconditional healing love.

 I had a stroke and my body did not feel well even though the doctors said I was as O.K. as I could be.  A very good friend recommended a visit to Marie.  It was the best thing I could have done for my body as well as my mind.  It's not just a massage but body work, myofacsial release, but also she helped me recenter my mind and reconnect to my body.  Initially I needed to visit routinely and now, my body tells me when it is time to see Marie.  I highly recommend Marie Ruxton--She helped me feel well again.  Michele K.
